Book a group training session

Meet in a small group setting with Coach Justin to build fundamental skills, work out, and develop strength, agility and cardiovascular health. Current group classes are for men/boys at the high school level and beginner/intermediate girls. If you wish a group class at a different level send us an email using the form on this page and we can try to accomodate.
